We publish honest, firsthand accounts. Every review is checked by a moderator before it appears.

Allowed

• Facts you personally experienced: dates, locations, prices quoted and charged, what was said.
• Your opinions, clearly framed as opinions ("I felt...", "In my opinion...").

Not allowed

• Personal attacks, insults, or naming, photographing, or doxxing individual employees.
• Accusations of crimes or fraud stated as fact unless established by a court or government agency.
• Personal data: card numbers, reservation numbers, addresses, phone numbers.
• Reviews you did not experience yourself, paid reviews, or reviews by competitors or employees.
• Threats, hate speech, spam, or links to malware.

We may edit to remove personal data or reject reviews that break this policy. See corrections & takedown.
